Photos and media are accessed only when you choose to use related features. You can manage permissions through your device settings.
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, language settings, log data, crash data, and general usage activity to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide app features, display user content, support posting and interaction features, support AI chat and Q&A features, improve user experience, respond to requests, protect app safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Content you post in Seiu, such as videos, photos, posts, captions, comments, look notes, profile information, and beauty-related content, may be visible to other users depending on the app feature.

Seiu may provide AI-powered makeup-related Q&A and chat features through internal AI systems.
Seiu does not use any third-party AI service for its AI chat or Q&A features. No user personal data, AI chat inputs, prompts, questions, or related content are transmitted to any third-party AI provider.
When you use AI features, we may process your questions or inputs only to generate makeup-related answers, beauty routine ideas, style suggestions, product-use inspiration, look ideas, caption suggestions, and general creative references within the app.
We do not sell your AI inputs. We do not share your AI inputs with third-party AI services for independent processing.
AI responses are for general reference and inspiration only and should not be considered medical advice, skincare diagnosis, professional beauty advice, product safety guidance, or a guarantee that any product or method is suitable for your skin.

If Seiu offers in-app purchases, coins, paid features, AI-related paid features, or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple. We may receive limited purchase status information from Apple, but we do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
We may review reports, content, comments, and account activity when necessary to enforce rules, prevent abuse, protect users, respond to user reports, or comply with legal requirements.
